  1. To create diskettes for the BJ printer driver, 
  2. follow the steps below:

  4. 1) Insert a blank, formatted 3.5" diskette into the floppy drive A:
  5.  
  6. 2) In Windows Explorer, highlight all files in the BJDRIVER folder
  7.    of Canon Creative CD Disk Two, except the CANONPF.ZIP file.
  8.  
  9. 3) Copy the selected files to the floppy disk. To do this, drag 
  10.    the highlighted files from the CD to the A: drive.
  11.  
  12. 4) Label this floppy "Canon BJ Printer Driver Disk 1 of 2"
  13.  
  14. 5) Insert a blank, formatted 3.5" diskette into the floppy drive A:
  15.  
  16. 6) In Windows Explorer, highlight the CANONPF.ZIP file in the 
  17.    BJDRIVER folder of Canon Creative CD Disk Two.
  18.  
  19. 3) Copy the selected file to the floppy disk. To do this, drag 
  20.    the highlighted file from the CD to the A: drive.
  21.  
  22. 4) Label this floppy "Canon BJ Printer Driver Disk 2 of 2"

  25. To install the BJ printer driver from diskettes:
  26. In Windows 95:
  27.     1) From the task bar, click Start.
  28.     2) Select Settings, then Printers.
  29.     3) Double click on Add Printer
  30.     4) Follow the onscreen instructions; when asked for the 
  31.        manufacturer and model, click on "Have Disk"
  32.     5) Insert the Canon BJ Printer Driver Disk 1 of 2 floppy
  33.        diskette into drive A: and click OK.
  34.     6) Follow the onscreen instructions; insert Dsik 2 of 2
  35.        when prompted.

  37. In Windows 3.1:
  38.     1) From the Main group, double click on Control Panel.
  39.     2) Double click on the Printers icon.
  40.     3) Click on Add Printer
  41.     4) Insert the Canon BJ Printer Driver Disk 1 of 2 floppy
  42.        diskette into drive A:
  43.     6) Follow the onscreen instructions; insert Dsik 2 of 2
  44.        when prompted.
